I love a home cooked meal and I get mad when I eat out and the food is mediocre and I am left feeling like I could have made something at home that would be much more satisfying. But most of the time I am not in the mood for an enormous amount of prep nobody has time for that! That is why I am the queen of semi homemade delicious meals.
My motto: Make it quick! I am going to share some of these gems with you. Most takes no time at all. They are not always nutritious but always delicious.
Here is one of the quickest meals that I whip up when I am I don't feel like making anything. This pizza is waaay better than take-out!
Trader Joe's Garlic Naan
Thick cut peppered turkey bacon
Spicy Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook bacon and cut into chunks
- Add all the toppings and drizzle with a little spicy olive oil and fresh cracked pepper
- Bake until the cheese is melted and the naan is golden brown (about 15 mins)
